PRODUCTION
  • Machinery is utilized in 2 X 12 hours shifts, 7 days a week
  • 9 ~ 10 mould tests weekly, equivalent to 36 ~ 40 moulds a month
  • 22 milling machines ( 8 CNC )
  • 13 EDM machines + 5 wire cut machines
  • 3 systems of CAM : POWERMILL, UNIGRAPHICS ( profile milling )
    and MEGA-CUT ( wire cut ).

SERVICE
  • Involvement in part development,
  • Moulding tests,
  • Part inspection,
  • Maintenance and change of design.
